CHF Events would like to see more marketing agencies and their clients take their product or services out on the road. To help with this CHF Events are offering 'free hire on an exhibition trailer*'. There are likely to be many companies wanting to take to the road this summer with a field marketing campaign or a road show. By helping to offset some of the cost, CHF Events hopes this will now make your road show achievable.
CHF Events would like to help stimulate the event industry by getting more clients on the road. I am sure this will be of interest to many and with a limited number of exhibition trailers available you need to get it booked!

Terms and conditions
- Free exhibition trailer hire is for up to a 2 week period only.
- If the roadshow is for 2 weeks or less the client will pay nothing.
- If the roadshow is for 2 weeks or more then the client will pay the market rate for weekly hire for the particular trailer in question for each week over the free 2 week period.
- Free hire is only on a 7m trailer, subject to availability.
- In order to qualify for the free trailer hire, the client must use CHF production services, towing vehicle and driver.
- It is only the trailer hire that is free, all other services will be charged for in full.
- A deposit must be paid on placement of order and balance on delivery.
- Trailer hire is subject to availability.
- Order must be placed before 31st March 2010.
